Facility

Foss Landing Marina is located on the southeast of the Thea Foss waterway, with beautiful views of Tacoma’s revitalized skyline, including the iconic Museum of Glass, to the west. The marina is mere minutes from downtown Tacoma’s famed museum district and art galleries; casual, upscale, and waterfront dining; shopping and antiquing; lively nightlife; and much more. The marina is convenient to two fuel docks, marine supplies, boat mechanics and other marine services, too.

Dry Storage

Foss Landing Marina’s state-of-the-art heated, ventilated building provides temperature-controlled indoor storage for boats 18’ to 38’. Boats are stored in a secure dry-stack configuration. A special forklift is used for retrieval to and from dry storage. Boats receive a complete freshwater flush before dry storage; see “services” and “rates” for more information.

Wet Moorage

Foss Landing Marina has spacious, clean, and well-maintained docks. At each slip (slips are 70’ or 75’ ) fresh water, cable, and two 50 amp/250 volt power outlets are provided.

Security System

Foss Landing Marina is a private facility; access to the marina is secured with PIN code gate access. Boats and vehicles are kept secure with camera surveillance, 24-hour security monitoring, and night patrol.

A large lot for guests is located at the south end of the marina, under the 509/21st Street bridge. For wet moorage guests, there is an additional gated, secure lot accessed via remote control.
