Foss Landing Marina’s rates are inclusive of our entire suite of customer amenities, including concierge customer service; complimentary holding tank pump outs; complete freshwater rinse and flush after every dry storage boat retrieval; complimentary use of guest facilities, including a large shower; and more.

Dry Storage

Indoor storage significantly reduces maintenance chores and keeps boats secure. With dry stack storage, boats are completely protected from UV radiation damage and weather extremes. Oxidation is virtually eliminated and gel coats stay in fresh condition. No need for yearly maintenance such as bottom paint or winterizing, either.

Over beam/over height: Add $26.75 for each additional foot over 9' 5”.
One complimentary round tripboat moves per month; .

Dry storage rates include the following:

• Full-service launches and haul outs     
• Engine flush and boat rinse after every haul out
• Holding tank pump out upon request
• Docking assistance upon request

Notes:

• Boat length 18’ minimum, 42’ maximum.
• Height determines availability. Beam may also determine availability (Average beam size is 8-9').
• Battery shut-off switch is required.
• All boats are must have a tight-fitting cockpit cover, if not self-bailing.
• Our heated and ventilated storage facility is the length of a football field and approximately six stories high.  

Trailer and "Boat on Trailer" Storage

**Removing and placing boats on/from trailers**

Boats can be placed/removed from trailers at a rate of $100.00 each way, for current tenants. For non-tenants, the rate is $140.00 each way.

Placing boats on trailers does require extra man power and time. We will only put boats on trailers Tuesday-Thursdays, by appointment only and requires a minimum 24-hour notice. 

*Restrictions do apply and customer must sign "Waiver of Liability". Please contact the office for details or inquiries.

**We are only able to perform such tasks on certain boats and trailers so please inquire to find out if your boat is one!**

Wash Pad Reservation

For current tenants, the wash pad area is no additional charge and is first come, first serve. Tenants may reserve the wash pad for up to 24 hours but we ask that you please be conscientious of other tenants during our peak season. Tenants only need to give us 24 hours notice to reserve wash pad (We will not reserve any further then one day out.) 

*Boat move fees do apply.

For Non-tenants, a rack on our wash pad can be reserved at a fee of $150.00 for up to 24 hours. Must be made by appointment only.

Wet Moorage

Wet Moorage Rates

$30.00 Utility Fee

Wet moorage rates include the following:

• Slip side holding tank pump out upon request.
• Docking assistance upon request.
• Cable included; internet available from cable provider at additional charge.
• 2 50-amp outlets at each slip; electricity is metered at the slip.
• Water spigot provided at each slip.

Notes:

• Boat length maximum 85’. Beam depends on slip.
• Rates are based on slip size or boat LOA, whichever is greater.
